All sales are conducted on an 'as is where is' basis, meaning the firm offers no warranties or guarantees on the mechanical condition of the vehicles.The auction process allows buyers to negotiate prices, with the Nissan Caravan E24 being the only vehicle without a stated reserve price.

The law firm emphasizes that all vehicles are sold strictly as-is, and buyers are advised to conduct thorough inspections before finalizing their offers.This sale highlights the firm's role in managing repossessed assets and providing an avenue for their resale in the market.
