He emphasizes that preaching, music, or encouragement in vehicles does not hinder road safety and notes that vehicles are equipped with audio systems for information and entertainment.

While acknowledging isolated misconduct by some preachers, he stresses the need to distinguish between such cases and legitimate religious expression.

Hayab also highlights alleged budget irregularities and controversial allocations for places of worship in the National Assembly, urging lawmakers to scrutinize bills thoroughly before passing them.He calls on Christian leaders to engage their representatives and insists the bill should be withdrawn to protect citizens' fundamental rights.
