Presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar accused President Tinubu of hiding trillions in the 2026 budget through opaque Service-Wide Vote allocations.He revealed that 84% of the budget is concentrated in just 10 ministries, with ₦12.8 trillion hidden under the SWV in the Ministry of Budget and Economic Planning.This represents a 1,918% increase from the 2025 budget.Atiku demanded transparency, asking who will spend the money, what it's for, and legal authority.He criticized the lack of accountability, noting that even basic sectors like education and defense get less funding than the SWV.The former VP called the budget a 'fiscal manipulation' document and urged Parliament to investigate every allocation line-by-line.He warned that unexplained trillions divert resources from critical areas like healthcare and security.
