The third week of Vice President Sara Duterte's impeachment trial commenced on July 20, 2026, with the Senate impeachment court granting the House prosecution's request to subpoena the financial records of Duterte and her husband, Mans Carpio.

The court's decision followed a legal battle between the prosecution and the defense team, which argued that the subpoena would constitute a 'fishing expedition' due to lack of concrete evidence.
