A 33-year-old Toronto man, Ahmad Hassan Hajahmad, has been charged with terrorism following his alleged involvement in anti-Israel protests in downtown Toronto.

Police allege he used amplification devices to make public statements advocating hatred and harm against Israeli and Jewish communities during demonstrations on May 25 and September 7, 2024.
