The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced that two test takers tied for first place in the July 2026 licensure examination for real estate appraisers.

Out of 1,456 examinees, 1,060 passed the exam conducted by the Board of Real Estate Service across multiple cities including Metro Manila, Baguio, and Cebu.

Rovi Giandro Jovellanos Bugayong from Lyceum of Alabang and Mina Isobel Arcilla Tormes from ABE International College of Business & Economics-Cainta both scored 94.0%, securing the top position.The best-performing institution was Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, with 51 out of 52 test takers passing.Additionally, two candidates passed the Special Professional Licensure Examination (SPLE) held in Singapore.These results highlight the competitiveness of the exam and the performance of educational institutions in preparing candidates for the profession.

The PRC emphasized the importance of these exams in ensuring qualified professionals enter the field, contributing to the real estate industry's standards and growth.
