Rescue teams are still searching for two men who went missing after being swept away by floodwaters in Zamboanga del Sur.Joel Ompoc, 24, and King Amir Montilla, 23, were last seen in separate incidents on July 11.Montilla was collecting branches along the Labangan River, which overflowed due to heavy rains from Typhoon 'Inday' (Bavi).Ompoc was crossing a river in Barangay Baclay when he ignored warnings and disappeared.Local authorities and emergency responders are leading search efforts in Tukuran and Labangan.The floodwaters also affected Barangays in Dinas, where residents were relocated to safer areas.

Military and police units are assisting displaced villagers in Maguindanao del Sur and Maguindanao del Norte, using rubber boats and trucks to transport people to higher ground.The typhoon's impact continues to strain resources in the region.
