Amazon and MGM to Publish Future James Bond Games Following the Success of 007 First Light
Yacht Club Games has revealed that players may still have a great deal left to discover in Mina The Hollower, despite the game's strong launch and extensive community exploration.
In an interview with Eurogamer, lead programmer David D'Angelo explained that current player data suggests most playthroughs only uncover around 50% to 70% of the game's available items and secrets.According to him, this means some players could be missing nearly half of the content hidden throughout the game.
Studio founder Sean Velasco expanded on this idea, noting that while players have already found many of the more obvious secrets, the community has not yet fully explored the deepest layers of the game.
He hinted that several highly concealed elements remain undiscovered or largely unexplored, describing them as 'very secret things' that players have yet to uncover. The developers emphasized that Mina The Hollower was designed with a community-driven approach in mind.
Players who struggle to find certain secrets are encouraged to share discoveries and exchange information with friends or other members of the community. This collaborative aspect is intended to make the exploration experience more engaging and rewarding. The comments come shortly after the game achieved a successful commercial debut.
Earlier sales figures indicated that Mina The Hollower sold approximately 300,000 copies within its first three days across multiple platforms, including Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2.The title has also become one of the highest-rated video games released in 2026 so far.
As more players continue exploring the world of Mina The Hollower, Yacht Club Games suggests that many mysteries, collectibles, and hidden features are still waiting to be discovered.
