A Grade 1 Filipino student, Renvin Michael Bernardo, has made headlines by winning the Macau International English Competition with a perfect score.Representing the Mathematics Trainers’ Guild Phils.team, Bernardo secured gold medals in Science and Math Cube categories.His teammates also performed exceptionally well, with multiple gold medals across disciplines.

The event, organized by Macau Cultural and Creative Integrated Services, saw participation from 13 nations including Cambodia, Malaysia, Thailand, China, Taiwan, Singapore, Myanmar, Azerbaijan, Jordan, Vietnam, Hong Kong, and the host city Macau.The Philippines was named overall champion, highlighting the country's growing prowess in international academic competitions.

Bernardo's achievement underscores the potential of young Filipino students on the global stage, while his teammates' success further demonstrates the strength of Philippine education in STEM fields.
