King Misuzulu kaZwelithini has officially concluded lobola negotiations for his fourth wife, Princess Sihle Mdluli, marking a significant step towards their anticipated wedding later this year.

The ceremonial process, which took place in Nkomazi village, Mpumalanga, involved the presentation of 70 cattle as lobola, a gesture reflecting her royal lineage.

Accompanied by key royal officials including newly appointed Traditional Prime Minister Inkosi Phathisizwe Chiliza and royal spokesperson Mpikayise Buthelezi, the monarch emphasized the importance of traditional customs in the union.Princess Mdluli, known as Queen Mawewe in her family, resides in the Mashobeni Royal Palace and will join existing queens in the royal family.The event highlights the cultural significance of lobola in Zulu tradition and underscores the ongoing dynamics within the royal household.The conclusion of negotiations paves the way for formal wedding preparations, with the community expressing anticipation for the union.
