The programme attracted more than 800 employees from the Dar es Salaam and Coast regions and forms part of a wider initiative aimed at promoting healthier lifestyles among workers across the bank’s operations.
During the event, employees received health screenings, medical consultations and nutritional guidance from healthcare professionals before participating in various fitness and recreational activities.
The programme also included team-building and leisure competitions such as tug-of-war, sack races, card games, music performances, karaoke and other social activities designed to strengthen workplace relationships.Mwile emphasised that good health is essential for employee performance and service delivery.
