A 52-year-old man has been handed a life sentence in the Malmesbury Regional Court for the sexual abuse of his three biological daughters.The convicted father, whose identity is protected to safeguard the minors, was found guilty of raping his daughters from the age of two until they reached 13.The abuse, which included forcing the children to perform oral sex on him before raping them, continued until the youngest daughter turned 16.The mother only became aware of the crimes after the daughters disclosed the abuse during a divorce proceeding.Police emphasized the severity of the case, noting the accused's prolonged exploitation of his children.The court also declared him unfit to own a firearm and mandated his registration as a sex offender.Detective Sergeant Felicity Balie of the Paarl Family Violence Unit praised her efforts in securing justice for the victims.
