Students at Federal Government College (FGC), Kaduna, face strict consequences for bullying as the school, Parents-Teachers Association (PTA), and management collaborate to eliminate the issue.

PTA Chairman Mr Ibrahim Abdul revealed during the college’s Speech and Prize-Giving Day that zero-tolerance policies have been enforced through regular monitoring by PTA officials and strict disciplinary actions.He emphasized that bullying is becoming a thing of the past due to collective efforts between parents, the PTA, and school authorities.Abdul highlighted unscheduled visits to schools at different hours to ensure student welfare and discipline.Any student caught bullying risks indefinite suspension, with warnings that such behavior will prevent them from participating in school activities.He urged PTAs nationwide to strengthen partnerships with school management to curb bullying effectively.

Principal Mr Kofi Akpan reiterated the school’s commitment to producing morally upright students, while FGCKADOSA commended alumni for supporting academic excellence through prize sponsorship.
