Mental health services are integrated into primary clinics, community centers, and specialized facilities, offering screening, counseling, treatment, and rehabilitation.

Multidisciplinary teams address conditions like depression, anxiety, and schizophrenia, while also tackling the link between substance abuse and mental illness.The initiative complements infrastructure upgrades, including mental health facility refurbishments.
