Haryana has significantly outperformed the national average in restoring defrauded money to victims, with 38% of 14,731 cybercrime cases resolved compared to the national 8% rate.Officials reported ₹2.51 crore returned to victims through the Money Restoration Module.The state also demonstrated leadership in inter-state cooperation, resolving 97% of 9,437 assistance requests from other states.Since e-Zero FIR rollout, 204 cases have been converted to regular FIRs.Cybercrime takedowns accelerated, with 15,853 unlawful URLs blocked via Sahyog Portal.Nuh district saw 491 FIRs registered, 949 arrests, and 1,481 SIM cards seized.The Mobile Blocking Unit blocked 55,323 numbers in Nuh using Pratibimb Portal data.All complaints above ₹1 lakh are now converted to e-Zero FIRs for investigation.
