ICPC Chairman Urges Combating Corruption and Educating Youth for Nigeria's Future
Prince Ademola Adeniyi, claimed DG of the controversial Presidential Foreign Intervention Promotion Council (PFIPC), has expressed doubts about the integrity of the Independent Corrupt Practices Commission (ICPC) probe into Chief Femi Gbajabiamila.
During an interview on Channels Television’s Politics Today, Adeniyi criticized the ICPC’s ability to investigate government officials, stating, 'Government can’t probe Government.' While the ICPC maintains its commitment to transparency, Adeniyi’s call for an independent inquiry underscores the challenges faced by anti-corruption bodies in navigating complex political landscapes.
