A Kebbi State High Court judge, Justice Faruku Hassan Bunza, was abducted by armed bandits during a midnight raid on his residence in Bunza Local Government Area.The incident occurred around 12:00 a.m.on Sunday, shortly after the judge returned from a trip to Sokoto State.According to sources, the attackers fired sporadically into the air before taking the judge away.No one in his household was harmed.The police confirmed the abduction and stated that tactical and intelligence teams are actively searching for the abductors.The High Court management has coordinated with security chiefs to secure the judge's release.This incident highlights the escalating insecurity in Nigeria, with bandits targeting prominent individuals despite ongoing security operations.
