PML-N supremo Nawaz Sharif formally launched the party's election campaign in Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK), emphasizing development initiatives and infrastructure projects.

The campaign began with Nawaz addressing supporters in Muzaffarabad, highlighting plans for a motorway along the Jhelum River from Mansehra to Muzaffarabad and Mirpur.He reiterated his commitment to AJK's growth, comparing its importance to Punjab and vowing to increase the region's budget tenfold.

Nawaz criticized previous governments for focusing on slogans rather than tangible progress, promising to implement all development projects if the PML-N wins.He also announced plans for 10 green buses and mobile hospitals in AJK, stressing the need for improved healthcare facilities.The elections, originally scheduled for July 27, will now be held in three phases from July 27 to August 10.

Nawaz pledged to visit AJK every three months to monitor the implementation of the party's manifesto, ensuring accountability and progress for the region.
