Through visual storytelling, photos, and placards with messages wey dem write themselves, di initiative dey help correct misconceptions wey people get about women wey dey nightlife.Di campaign na brainchild of Hermena Akosa, wey be media consultant and founder of GOLDLOOP LIMITED.She talk say she notice say people dey quick to judge women for nightlife without considering their real experiences and contributions.
Di project no dey romanticize nightlife, neither e dey downplay di challenges wey dey, but e dey give space for honest storytelling and balanced conversation.
Campaign don start for cities like Abuja and Lagos, where women dey involved for operations, events, communication, and customer service, yet public discussion no dey reflect di wahala and achievements of these women.
With support from Cage Nightclub Abuja and creative input from Badboy Tapes, di campaign dey document and share stories across social media and GOLDLOOPLIMITED blog.Overall, di initiative dey encourage respect, visibility, and safety for women working for one of Nigeria most public yet misunderstood industries.
