The main accused in the Maharashtra Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) paper leak case, Bijendra Kumar Gupta, has been arrested from Bihar by the Bhiwandi Police.Gupta was brought to Pune Airport and will be taken to Bhiwandi for legal proceedings.This arrest follows earlier actions where three printing press employees were detained for allegedly leaking the exam paper.

The Special Investigation Team (SIT) identified Gupta as the mastermind behind the leak, with evidence showing he received the question paper from former employees of the printing press.The accused, Nareshkumar Mahore, Sanjaykumar Chandra, and Babulal Kushwaha, were remanded in custody until July 9.Investigators suspect they used their knowledge of the printing process to access confidential papers.Police also recovered live cartridges from one of the arrested, raising questions about their potential involvement in other crimes.The case highlights the complexity of paper leak investigations, involving multiple layers of conspiracy and legal actions.
